Abstract: This article deals with the evolution of the position of the Court of the EU in relation to human rights in the EU. In this case, the author dwells in detail on the cases examined by the EU Court of Justice, in which the Court solves the conflict between the basic economic freedoms of the internal market and human rights. The author concludes that the EU Court finds the compromise balance of conflicting interests in every case of conflict for fundamental market freedoms and human rights.
