Nota Bene Publishing group presents a new book:
Danilenko, D.V.

The French constitutional judicial procedure and judicial law.

This book includes theoretical and legal studies of the French constitutional judicial procedure and it provides an all-inclusive overview on the procedure of hearing cases by the Constitutional Council of France, on the nature and activities of the Constitutional Council, as compared to the classical judicial procedures (classical judicial law), as well as on the peculiarities of the French constitutional judicial procedure. The book is recommended for lawyers, historians, politicians and political scientists and state officers, who are interested in the issues of government. This monograph is the result of 7 years of work of the author on his Doctoral thesis at the University of Aix –Marseilles III. The basis for the theoretical study was the current legislation of France of that time. By the time when the thesis was presented in 2008, there was a constitutional reform, which included a number of amendments to the legislation. Today this study is of interest not only as a rich source of materials, which were gathered by a scientist, or as a methodically systematized theoretical thesis, but rather as a source of deep philosophical understanding of the processes of transformation in the sphere of constitutional law. Currently the practice of application of law by the French judges is an object of studies for the author, and it serves as a source for his numerous articles and essays, which are written in cooperation with the scientific centers in Europe and in Russia. Doctor of Law Denis Vasilievich Danilenko has taught at the University of Aix-Marseilles III for several years, as well as at the University named after Jean Monnet (St. Etienne) , where he has been a scientific researcher and a lecturer (ATER). He is currently an editor-in-chief of the scientific journals “Law and Politics” and “International Law and International Organizations”.
